Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Amaaya account and all associated personal data at any time. This page describes the two ways to do it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
This is irreversible. Once your account is deleted we
cannot restore your styleboards, wardrobe, profile or saved looks.
Option 1 — In the app Instant
Recommended
- Open the Amaaya app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your data is removed from our active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email Within 30 days
If you no longer have access to the app
Email [email protected] from the Google email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We confirm your identity (by replying to that address), delete your data, and write back to confirm completion within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Connected accounts | Pinterest connection and any pin metadata cached for your account (we revoke our token; you may also revoke from Pinterest’s settings) |
What is retained
The following are kept in fully de-identified form — they cannot be linked back to you — for service operations, analytics and fraud prevention:
- Anonymous interaction logs (clicks, impressions) tied only to a random session identifier, not to your account.
- Aggregated metrics (counts, distributions) used to operate and improve the Service.
- Records we are required to retain by law (for example, security audit logs for a limited period).
Time frame
- In-app deletion: immediate removal from active databases. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days.
- Email request: processed within 30 days of identity verification; we email you a confirmation when complete.
